By registering as a participant in the Benefeet program, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of your participation in the Benefeet program and the management of this program, as further described in the privacy notice. As a result of the registration with Benefeet, Geox S.p.A. - with registered office in Biadene di Montebelluna (TV), Italy, Via Feltrina Centro no. 16 - as the Data Controller, collects data such as your name, address, contact details, date of birth and information with respect to your purchases including the types of products purchased, the date and amount of the purchase, the balance of your programme account. Your data will be used for the following purposes:
  1. to manage your registration with the Benefeet loyalty programme and thus to give you access to the benefits and initiatives described in the Benefeet rules available in participating shops and on www.geox.com;
  2. to activate your personal Geox account and to allow you to access the “omnichannel” (multi-channel) services offered by Geox, to update your data and any consents you may have given, to monitor your purchases and your Benefeet achievements;
  3. to access dedicated services (e.g. geox@home, wish list, etc.) and receive service communications related to your purchases and Benefeet loyalty program and dedicated benefits (e.g. reminders on the expiry dates of the spending balance; expiry of the discount vouchers obtained; expiry of the birthday discount, etc.);
  4. to know your purchasing preferences and those concerning browsing of the Geox website, so as to improve our commercial offer; 
  5. to contact you with advertising and promotional communications, including personalised communications, and have you participate in market research;
  6. to process statistics in aggregate form;
  7. to prevent fraud or violations in the use of our services.
You can register with Benefeet even if you do not wish to provide your consent to analyse your purchasing preferences and/or to receive commercial communications or participate in market surveys.
The processing shall take place during the entire duration of your membership and, if you will allow us to learn about your preferences and contact you, it will be based on your “optional” consents you have given, which you can revoke at any time. More details on how long your data will be stored can be found in the full policy (see below). By writing to privacy@geox.com you may exercise your privacy rights under the applicable laws including access your data, update them, delete them, revoke or modify your consent, request to receive or transmit your data to another data controller. You may object at any time to the processing of your data, in particular for marketing purposes or analysis of your preferences; you may also make a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or, if different, with the Data Protection Authority of your country.
