How will the total spend (in Bennies) be calculated if I return something?

Whenever a Geox product is returned, regardless of whether it was purchased in a physical store or on geox.com, a refund will be made for the sum spent on the returned item. The total spend (in Bennies) will be automatically recalculated and the amount for the return will be deducted. The updated amount will be visible on the store receipt or in the customer’s Personal Area in the Benefeet section of geox.com. You will have to show your original receipt to initiate the return procedure. If the updated post-return expenditure threshold is lower than the level previously reached, the relevant voucher will be cancelled and reissued to ensure that the threshold amount is correctly restored.
