You can build up your total spend (in Bennies) by making purchases:
- online: before you make a purchase, you must log in with your email address and password.
- at stores participating in the Benefeet scheme: remember to tell the sales assistant that you are Benefeet subscriber before the receipt is issued and provide them with your name, surname and email address.
Any taxes are excluded from the total spend (in Bennies). Purchases made in stores participating in the Benefeet scheme and/or made on geox.com in the same Country all contribute to build up one single total spend (in Bennies), providing that the customer has been identified as a Benefeet subscriber before finalising the purchase. The total spend will be automatically updated as long as purchases are made in the same Country and by the same Benefeet user. Benefeet customers who make purchases in Geox stores participating in the Benefeet scheme and/or on geox.com in more than one Country will have two or more separate and non-cumulative total spends (one for each Country). Each total spend (in Bennies) corresponds to a specific step level and the ensuing advantage can only be redeemed in the country in which the spend occurred. You can check your total spend (in Bennies) on the store receipt or by logging into your Personal Area on geox.com.
