By registering your account, Geox S.p.A., as the data controller, may use your data for the following purposes:

To contact you through advertising and promotional communications, including personalised communications, and update you on products, initiatives and services (by means of newsletters, e-mail, paper mail, telephone, instant messages, messages or communications about initiatives on social networks, etc.) or make you take part in market surveys.
You can register your Geox account even if you do not wish to give your consent to the analysis of your purchasing preferences and/or to receive commercial communications or participate in market surveys. The data processing will take place for the entire duration of your registration and, if you wish to provide us with the possibility of knowing your preferences and contacting you, the processing will be based on the consent provided, which you can withdraw at any time. By writing to privacy@geox.com you will always be able to access, update or delete your data, withdraw or modify your consent, request to receive or transmit your data to another data controller. You can always object to the processing of your data, in particular for marketing purposes or the analysis of your preferences; you can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the Data Protection Authority of the country in which you reside or work, or of the place where you believe the breach has occurred.
