If you made an order as a registered customer on the geox.com website, you can follow your order-delivery status directly from your Personal Area in the “Orders” section by clicking on the details of the order you wish to monitor.
If you made an order as an unregistered user, please click here and type in both the order number and email address provided when placing the order.
Please be aware that it might take up to 24/48 hours before you are able to track your parcel.
