How will the total spend (in Bennies) be calculated if I return something?

Whenever a Geox product purchased on geox.com is returned, a refund will be made for the sum spent on the returned item. The total spend (in Bennies) will be automatically recalculated and the amount for the return will be deducted. The updated amount will be visible in the customer’s Personal Area in the Benefeet section of geox.com. If the updated post-return expenditure threshold is lower than the level previously reached, the relevant voucher will be cancelled and reissued to ensure that the threshold amount is correctly restored.
