How do UPS Access Point deliveries work?

Delivery to a UPS Access Point is a practical solution that is free of charge and allows you to collect your order from a safe place at a time that suits you. UPS delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours (but not on bank holidays). Depending on the place chosen at the time of payment, you will need either the QR or PIN number emailed to you by the courier.
Opening times may vary between one UPS Access Point and another, however they will be indicated in the email sent by the courier together with the collection code.

You will have to show valid proof of identity in order to collect your package from a UPS Access Point. If you are unable to pick up your order personally, you can delegate someone else. The delegated person will have to bring:

  • A letter from you authorising them to collect on your behalf
  • A valid identity document of their own
  • A copy of your valid identity document

If the package is not picked up within 7 days, it will be sent back to the warehouse and a refund will be processed.
You can see a list of your closest UPS Access Points on the ups.com website.
