At Geox Outlets, the discount may only be used on full-price products from current collections (where available) and not on previous collections. It cannot be combined with vouchers, discounts, end-of-season sales and coupon codes. Nor may it be applied to cleaning products, insoles/footbeds, socks, gift cards, shopping bags, repair/tailoring services and laces. The Welcome Offer may not be obtained during the 30-day run-up to the sale, nor may it be used for “fins de série/prix ronds/petits prix” products. The Welcome Offer may be earned by 12/12/2024 and used by 15/12/2024.
VOUCHERS
All customers who have signed up for the Benefeet scheme can get vouchers by shopping at geox.com, in participating Geox Stores and Outlets. Each year Benefeet customers have the opportunity to reach 4 “step” levels and earn 4 vouchers of differing values. At Geox Outlets, the vouchers may only be used on full-price products from current collections (where available) and not on previous collections. They cannot be combined with the Welcome Offer, discounts, end-of-season sales and coupon codes. Nor may they be applied to cleaning products, insoles/footbeds, socks, gift cards, shopping bags, repair/tailoring services and laces. The vouchers may not be used for “fins de série/prix ronds/petits prix” products. The vouchers may be earned by 12/12/2024 and used by 15/12/2024.
BIRTHDAY DISCOUNT
Geox celebrates your birthday and that of your children with a special gift: you will be treated to an exclusive 15% discount on a purchase made in a participating Geox store or on the geox.com website. The Birthday Discount becomes active 7 days before your special day and runs until 14 days after it. If you prefer to shop at one of the participating Geox Outlets, you can count on a 10% discount. The Birthday Discount may be combined with vouchers and other current promotions. It is automatically applied at the till or at the checkout stage on geox.com when you make your first purchase during the period of validity. There is no need to type in a coupon code. The offer is valid for a maximum number of 4 children aged between 0 and 14 years old.
DIGITAL CHALLENGES
For each step envisaged under the scheme, the Best Friend and Lover customers will be able to play with us and win digital challenges which will unlock rewards put together for them with our partners. As each step is reached, customers will gain access to the challenges by 12/12/2024; the challenges can be completed by 15/12/2024 and will unlock rewards. The terms and conditions relating to the rewards are available for viewing in the Benefeet scheme regulations.
COMPLIMENTARY SHOES
Customers with Lover status (those who have been purchasing for 3 consecutive years and who have reached the last step) are entitled to a pair of shoes of their choice - for free! The shoes can be chosen from any store that takes part in the Benefeet scheme (excluding Outlets). The complimentary footwear may NOT be requested on geox.com.
If a customer has lost “Geox Lover” status (for example, after a return has been made or after having used the vouchers from the scheme), they are not eligible for the reward until they have reached the spending threshold of €1,000 again. Lover customers may earn the right to receive the complimentary footwear by 12/12/2024 when they reach the fourth step, and they may collect it by 31/12/2024.
